WCCU to install new Interactive Teller Machines

Westerly Community Credit Union (WCCU) announced they will be replacing the ATM machines located at every branch with new ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) throughout 2022.
These ITMs are the latest in ATM technology and offer more benefits for the users. These new machines offer the ability to deposit checks easily (no envelopes needed) as well as cash checks. Users will be able to make transfers between accounts and withdraw money in any denominations. During work hours, there is a Help Button that a user can use at any time to see and speak directly to WCCU employee and ask questions or receive guidance on how to use the machine.
WCCU is happy to announce their partnership with BranchServ/Convergint for this ATM upgrade, using Hyosung ITMs. BranchServ/Convergint is a leading security/automation equipment and service provider for financial institutions nationwide serving many of the largest branch networks in the United States, extending its expertise to banks and credit unions of all sizes. The company was acquired by Convergint, the #1 security integrator worldwide, in 2021 and is now BranchServ/Convergint.

These new ITMs will be installed at all WCCU branches in Westerly, Richmond, Wakefield, and an additional one in Coventry within the 1st 6 months of 2022.
