WCCU Promotes Michelle Johnston

Westerly Community Credit Union is proud to announce that Michelle Johnston has been promoted to Director of Operations. Michelle joined WCCU in 2019 as the Operations Manager and was integral in the creation of the new WCCU eBanking platform. Her new responsibilities will include continuing to develop the eBanking platform and add new areas such as account and loan opening within eBanking. Johnston will be reviewing new digital payment technology enhancements in order to offer members the latest in features and functions. She will also be responsible for refining daily operations within the department to ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
