WCCU Promotes Alycia Marandola

Westerly Community Credit Union (WCCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Alycia Marandola to the position of Director of Human Resources. Alycia joined WCCU in March of 2022 and brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources to this role. Having served as a valued member of the administrative team for the past three years, Alycia has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise.
In her new capacity, Alycia will oversee a comprehensive range of human resources functions, including new employee onboarding and orientation, payroll administration, and compliance with all applicable employment regulations pertaining to benefits, insurance, and workplace safety. She will continue to serve as a key resource, providing guidance and support to all employees on matters related to their employment.
Alycia is an active member of the West Warwick Elks #1697 and VFW 449 VBA and currently resides in West Warwick with her husband Chris, daughter Jillian and cat Newman.
